I received a defective item

If the item was purchased from a retailer you should take the item back to the store where it was purchased or contact the retailer for further assistance.  


If you purchased the item directly from us then please go ahead and send us an email at customerservice@lambsivy.com and include your order #, Lot #, a photo of the defective item, your name, and shipping address. We will reply to your email to assist you further.
